Imagine another scenario. This same happy customer goes away, writes a raving review on their socials, and shares your business online- and all of a sudden they are speaking with all of their 2000 friends on their social media platform of choice; almost instantaneously too.
What I’m trying to say to you is this. The internet actually amplifies your ability to spread that word of mouth; to an unimaginable amount of people. Crazy right? Now let’s talk about websites.. and how this relates.
Your Website is your online storefront. It’s where customers go to shop. Except with one difference- people can share this instantly with others, and they can access a place that contains all your services and all your products, instantly. There ain’t no social distancing limit here.
What does this mean?
An unlimited amount of people can access this website at the same time, so much so that they even use the term “traffic” to describe it. Your beginning to see the potential of a tool like this right?
